    • Jonathan Gillette returned from New England and the couple were married on March 29, 1634 at Colyton. After the marriage, the couple returned to New England in June. In a family Bible is found the following record, "My father Gille came into new inglan the secon time in June in the yeare 1634 and Jonathan his sonne was born about half a yeare after he came to land."

      Jonathan died in Windsor in 1677, and Mary died there January 5, 1685-6. Two of Mary's seven sons died in the troubles with the Indians, Joseph died in the Deerfield Bloody Brook Massacre in 1675 and Samuel died at Turner's Falls in a battle in 1676.
