I give & bequeath to my daughter Eliza Ann Green all property of every kind of which I may be possessed, to have the same free & clear from all claims except my just debts, which I wish to be punctually and speedily paid, this December 13th, 1860. "A writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Jones Decd was on this day produced to Court & proved by the Oaths of Samuel Jones, a Subscribing Witness thereto, and also proven by said Samuel Jones that M.S. Montgomery a Subscribing Witness thereto is dead and that he attested the will at the same time he did and in his presence (illegible) also proved that the Signatures of M.S. Montgomery is in the handwriting of said Montgomery and the same is continued for further proof and at the same Court on the 12th Day said Will was again presented to Court & proved by the oath of Will Jones Subscribing Witness and also proved by him that M.S.
